Full Journal pdf2006-04-27 Senate Journal Page 2962 SB 304 Message dated April 26 was read, stating the House passed and returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 304 "An Act relating to the privileges of airport parking shuttles and to fees or charges imposed on a person who is not a lessee or holder of a privilege to use the property or a facility of an airport" with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(TRA) "An Act relating to the privileges of airport parking shuttles and to fees or charges imposed on a person who is not a lessee or concessionaire of an airport." (Title change HCR 41) 2006-04-27 Senate Journal Page 2963 Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 304(TRA) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 304? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Guess and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(TRA) "An Act relating to the privileges of airport parking shuttles and to fees or charges imposed on a person who is not a lessee or concessionaire of an airport." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
